Hello and welcome to my chaotic brain!

I'm C, a lifelong storytelling lover who decided to start a blog and share their stories and thoughts with fellow humans (yes, you!).

Merge a theatre kid with a bookworm, sprinkle some awkwardness, humour and bad luck and you'd probably get my better, more successful twin.
Me, I'm that, but with the ability to wade through life comparable only to the piloting skills of a seal trying to fly a plane. And I'm talking about a wild seal, not a trained one.

But enough about seals! Why the decision to start this?

A very special person once told me that "if you can turn pain and ugliness into art, you reveal its inherent beauty. That beauty brings joy to others, brightening up the darkness a little more each time. So hang in there and make art. You are a light in the darkness."

I believe they were right. I believe art and stories have immense power, and the amazing potential to brighten someone's day. 

 

I'm not here to be your light in the darkness, I would never be so pretentious. I'm here to send words out there, hoping they may entertain someone, and maybe help them escape just that little much needed to catch a breath from this madness we call life.
